Biography
Thomas was born about 1820. He was the son of Thomas Allott (Buttonburnisher).
Thomas Allott 27 b. 1820, son of Thomas Allott (Buttonburnisher) and Amelia Wood 18 b. 1829, daughter of John Wood (Brickmaker) were married on 13 Jun 1847 in Rotherham, Yorkshire West Riding, England. [1]
An 1851 Census of South Sheffield, Yorkshire, England lists Thomas Allott 31 b. 1820 Sheffield, Yorkshire, Comb Maker, Journeyman and his wife Amelia 21 b. 1830 Sheffield, Yorkshire. They have two daughters living with them; [2]

He passed away in 1882. He was buried at Beechworth Cemetery, Beechworth, Indigo Shire, Victoria, Australia.[4][5]
