She passed away in 1908 at Fremantle.[4]

West Australian (Perth, WA : 1879 - 1954), Friday 17 January 1908, page 5 NEWS AND NOTES. Death of Mrs. Humble.-One of this State's oldest colonists passed away yesterday afternoon, in the person of Mrs. G. B. Humble, wife of Mr. George Bland Humble, for many years town clerk of Fremantle. The deceased lady was born 63 years ago in Perth, where her father the late Mr. Stephen Allpike, was then engaged in business. In 1864 she was married to Mr. Humble at the old Congregational Chapel, Fremantle, and the remainder of her life was passed in the town. The late Mrs. Humble was of a kindly and charitable nature, and the announcement of her death, after a lingering illness, evoked deep regret, and sincere expressions of sympathy for her husband and the members of her family, of whom two sons and three daughters survive her. As a tribute to her memory the flags at the Fremantle Town Hall flew at half-mast yesterday afternoon. The funeral will take place at 5 o'clock this afternoon. The remains are to be interred in the old Fremantle cemetery, and by special request no carriages will join in the cortege.

West Australian (Perth, WA : 1879 - 1954), Saturday 18 January 1908, page 11 NEWS AND NOTES.  Funeral of Mrs. G. B. Humble. Amid every manifestation of public sympathy, the funeral of the late Mrs. G. B. Humble took place at Fremantle yesterday, the place of interment, being the Old Cemetery. The deceased lady, who was in her sixty-third year, was born at Perth, but removed to Fremantle on her marriage at the age of 19, and has resided in the Port continuously ever since. She was one of the best-known and most highly-esteemed residents of Fremantle, and during her long abode there took, an active part in various charitable works. Being so widely known and loved, it is not surprising that at her funeral yesterday such a large gathering of friends, not from Fremantle and district alone but from various parts of the metropolitan area, assembled to pay their last tribute of respect. There was a very large number of wreaths and other floral tributes, and so numerous were these that the hearse was completely filled and the roof covered. The cortege left the deceased's residence, Victoria-road, at 5 p.m., the coffin being placed in a hearse, whilst the chief mourners and friends followed on foot to the place of interment, this procedure being adopted out of respect to the deceased's regard for old customs. The officiating clergy at the short service first held in the house and afterwards at the graveside were the Revs. T. Allan, W. Burridge, R. Hanlin, and J. Parker. The order of procession after the hearse was Chief mourners, members of the Fremantle Council, Council employees, and friends of the late lady. The pall-bearers were Messrs. E. Solomon, J. J. Higham. G Pearse, R. Fairbairn, R.M., E. F. Duffield, and the Mayor of Fremantle (Mr. W. A. Murphy). The chief mourners were Messrs. G. B. Humble (husband), Jas. Allpike (brother). J. A. E. Humble and H. J. D. Humble (sons), Geo. E. Lovegrove and P. J. Fanning (sons-in law), Reg. Chipper and Forrest Humble (grandsons), Harry Dyer, Bert and Ernie Allpike (nephews), also R. Wigglesworth, Jas. Wigglesworth, and H. Leach. The funeral arrangements were conducted by Messrs. A. E. Davies and Co. Remarkable Weather at Fremantle.

Empire (Fremantle, WA : 1907 - 1908), Saturday 18 January 1908, page 5 THE LATE MRS. HUMBLE. At a ripe age Mrs. Humble, the wife of Mr. G. B. Humble, so many years associated with Fremantle as its town clerk, passed away on Thursday afternoon. The deceased lady was 68 years of age, and a West Australian by birth, being a daughter of the late Mr. Stephen Alpike, of Perth. Mr. and Mrs Humble were married in 1864 at Fremantle, where they have since resided. Deep expression of sympathy with Mr. Humble in his bereavement have been manifested on all sides, and the flag of the town hall flew at halfmast. The interment took place on Friday afternoon at the Old Cemetery.
