Biography
Eliza was born about 1871 She is the daughter of Alfred Allport and Ellen Brown. [1]
She married William Biddle in 1900 .[2] After he passed away in 1908, she married Frank Eaton Pollett in 1911 .[3]
Pollett relocated to Sydney around 1926, and his son advertised to try to make contact with him in 1937, after a gap of nine years [4]
She married 3rd Charles Wilson in 1940 [5]
She passed away in 1941 age 69 [6]
WILSON—On April 4. 1941, at Dunedin (result of accident). Eliza Alice, beloved wife of Charles Wilson, of 244 a George street, and , loved- mother of Mrs James Harris (Clinton), Gordon (Petone). Donald (Lower Hutt) and Nelson Pollett (Christchurch), “So loved, so mourned.’’ Private Interment. R. McLean and Son. funeral directors. [7]
