Earnest was born in 1862. He passed away about 1915.
In 1885 (aged 23) he married and owned a pawn shop /jewellers. He was a witness in the Percy Lefroy Mapleton “railway murders” in 1881, after Lefroy had pawned his revolver in Earnest’s shop.
