Biography
Frances was born in 1787 in Bridport to William Alner and Jane Wellsteed. She was baptized in Bridport's New Meeting Barrack Street-Independent Church. In 1808, Frances 20 was left £400 in her grandfather Roger's will to be paid on her 21st birthday.
In 1814, Frances married in Radipole, Weymouth, to John Tizard, Gentleman, of Weymouth.
