Biography
Frances (Alston) Brown is a part of US Black heritage.
Frances was born in 1902. She is the daughter of Mack Alston and Laura Williams. In 1910, the family was living in Littleton, Halifax, North Carolina.[1] They were still in Halifax County in 1920.[2]
Frances passed away on 21 Apr 1932 at the age of 30 from Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Her parents were listed as Mack Alston and Laura Williams , and her husband as Nance Brown, on her death certificate. Her occupation was listed as housewife. Her husband was the informant.[3]
