Biography
Charlotte was born in 1907 in St. Catharines, Lincoln, Ontario. She was the daughter of Charles Altoft and Ellen Allen. [1]
Canada Census. 1911. Living with her parents and a sister in Lincoln, Ontario. [2]
Married Joseph Bretherton in St. Catharines, Lincoln 28 Sept 1929.
She passed away in 1979.
