Biography
Susannah K. Alvey (b. about 1785, Md.), a daughter of Robert Alvey and Susannah "Susan" Kitchen, married Joseph Horace Belt (b. about 1785, d. before September 1844, Union County, Ky.), a son of Josiah Belt, on 2 August 1829 in Jefferson County, Ky.
The children of Susannah and Joseph, all born in Union County, were
Melvina (b. 25 March 1832),
Thomas Phileman (b. 8 February 1834),
Sarah Elizabeth (b. 6 November 1837),
Joseph Anthony (b. 24 September 1839), and
Robert (b. 6 September 1844).
