After Mary Effie died in childbirth, Henry T. Coultas married 2-Mary Nancy ALVEY, June 23, 1908, daughter of George Thomas and Elizabeth Jane (Kellems) Alvey. They had five children.

Mary Nancy Alvey, born Dec. 23, 1889, Perry Co.; died 1974, Perry Co.; married Henry Thomas COULTAS, June 23, 1908, Perry Co.; he was born Apr. 15, 1887; died July 1954, Perry Co., son of William and Rebecca Ann (Stowe) Coultas. They are buried in Greenwood Cem. in Tell City. He married first, Mary Effie KELLEMS, (Part II, Chapter 3, No. III.)
