Fortunato Antonio Amadio was born on 13th April 1847 at Hardingstone, Northamptonshire, England.
He is the son of Fortunato Amadio and Ann Morris.[1]
He is one of 4 Siblings:

Antonio (he went by his middle name to avoid confusion with his father) married Frances Phipps in 1866 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.[2]
Antonio was a coachbuilder.
They migrated to New Zealand with their three eldest children, arriving on 3rd January 1879 aboard the Fernglen.[3] Another five children would be born, "Kiwis".
Like his father, Antonio passed away at a very early adult age. He was just 39 years of age when he died on 11th August 1886 at Wellington, New Zealand.[4]
Fortunato was a son of Fortunato Giuseppe Luigi (Antonio) Amadio from Rome who emigrated to the UK. His mother was the 2nd wife of Antonio's, Ann Morris of Ection, Northampton.
Fortunato was born in Castle Ashby, Northampton.
He married Frances Phipps in England in 1866 and emigrated to New Zealand in 1879 aboard the ship Fernglen with his eldest 3 children, Henry (10 yrs) Lucy (7 yrs) and Albert 2.
They had 8 children until April 1885:

He died the following year aged 39, 24 years before Frances

The grave of F A Amadio and the Bliss family at plot 154.P, Sydney Street Cemetery was photographed in the late 1960s by the City Sexton, P J E Shotter, prior to its being dismantled to make way for the Wellington motorway.
Forunato died 24 years before Frances.
His Grave memorial is in the Bolton Street Cemetery, Wellington, Wellington City, Wellington, New Zealand.[5]
Francis moved to Feilding and did dressmaking, she is buried in Feilding, Manawatu.
