Dr. John was named after Dr. John Goldie, a Presbyterian Scottish Missionary who started the Goldie Institute in Arochukwu, now in Abia State of Nigeria. It is an instute that trains Presbyterian Church Pastors.

Dr. John grew up in in the Republic of Cameroon.

Dr. John went to school at Presbyterian School, Supe in Cameroon, Government Technical college, Ohafia, and the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and graduated with a PhD in Counselling Psychology in 2000.

Dr. John has been working with Assemblies of God Nigeria as Pastort, Bible College lecturer and presently as a District Superintendent for 23yrs.
