Biography
Born in Baltimore County, Maryland, perhaps around Brooklandville. First wife (Mary Elizabeth Burnham) died a year after birth of their third child. His children went to live with their grandparents (Elizabeth Fishpaw Burnham Price) and Skelton Price. William T. married 2) Phoebe Cox in 1879.
