Biography

George was born 9 July 1894 in Grand Island, Nebraska. He was the son of Conrad Amend and Mary Catherine Gies.

He married Catherine Beck on 14 December 1922 at her parents home in Lincoln, Nebraska.[1][2]

He passed away 14 February 1979 in Lincoln, Nebraska.[3]
