Biography
Giovanna Amico is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Gioachino Amico and Vincenza Siragusa, who married early in 1752. I estimate she is born the same year, making her seventeen when she marries.
Giovanna marries Maestro Ignazio Restivo (“Ristivo”), son of Maestro Felice Restivo and Ignazia Buccheri, on 15 July 1770 in Corleone.[1]
Maestro Ignazio and Giovanna have at least one child, Carmela (c. 1780).
Carmela marries Girolamo di Piazza, a widower, on 7 June 1800 in Corleone. Her father has died.[2]
