Biography

William was born in 1792. He was the son of Otho Amiel and Frances Deane. He passed away in 1864.

Marriage
Martha Moore (a minor, her father Thomas Moore consented to her marriage) and William Eardley Amiel married on 10 August 1818 in St George, Hanover Square, Westminster. [1] The couple baptised daughter Harriet Julia in Cheltenham in 1824. William was a Sergeant in the Royal Navy. The couple baptised a number of children but Martha died in 1825.

On 11 November 1838 William married again to spinster Margaret Ann Morgan. William was a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, his father was Otho Hamilton amiel, an Esquire. Margaret lived in the parish of Bathwick. Her father William was a doctor of Divinity. Their marriage was registered in Bath. [2]
