Biography
Edwin Stanley Thomas was born in 1889 in Johannesburg, ZAR; he was the son of Edwin John Amm and Amy Hill.
He was 26 years old when he married 21-year-old Mavis Ada Webb in Florida, Krugersdorp, on 8 Mar 1916.[1]

It appears that the marriage failed and they divorced; no trace in the Archives.
Edwin was 75 years old and living at 405 Connaught Mansions, Berea, Johannesburg, when he passed away in the Johannesburg General Hospital on 31 December 1964.[2][3]
