Changed his date of birth estimate as his mother's birth was after his. Changed her estimated date of birth as well.
Son Hiram, is black as noted in the death index sourced above. His father is named Wm Amos. He may indeed be white. Hiram's profile indicates that Hiram was bi-racial.
