Christian was born at Hanshaugen in Vinger, Hedmark on 12 Nov 1825 and was baptized on 26 Dec 1825.[1] He married Marte Syversdatter at Vinger on 08 Jul 1849.[2]
In 1865, the family was living at Vangen in Vinger, Hedmark.[3]
The family immigrated to the United States sometime in the 1870s and was found in Traill County, Dakota Territory in the 1880 census of the United States.[4]
He passed away on 12 Oct 1906 and was buried in Saint Johns Cemetery in Hatton, Traill, North Dakota.[5]
