Rosalie was born on February 22, 1835 in Sint-Joris-Weert, Belgium. She is the daughter of Pierre Anciaux and Marie Socquet. She was a housekeeper. She married Jean Baptiste Binart on February 11, 1858 in Sint-Joris-Weert, Belgium. They had 3 children: Theophile Binard, Felix Victor Joseph Binard, and Marie Josephe Sophie Binard. Her first husband passed away in 1861. She married Etienne Xavier Lacourt on April 21, 1877 in Bossut-Gottechain, Belgium. It is unknown when she passed away.
