Biography
Martha (Andersdatter) Thompson was born in Norway
Metta was born March 3rd, 1841 on the Moe farm in Hafslo, Norway to Anders Iversen & Anna Johannesdatter.[1] She left Norway about 1862, she married Lars Torgerson July 23rd, 1862 in Dane County, Wisconsin. [2] [3] [4] She died June 6th, 1899 in Tiffany, Wisconsin. [5]
Metta is buried at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Janesville, Wisconsin, USA[6]
