Biography

Ingrid (Andersdatter) Anderson was born in Norway

Ingrid was born December 17th, 1854 on the Hillestad farm in Hafslo, Norway to Anders Iversen & Anna Johannesdatter. ^[1] She was baptized December 25th, 1854 in Hafslo. ^[2] Ingrid was living on the Mohaugene farm in Hafslo ^[3] before the family emigrated from Hafslo, Norway in 1866, they traveled under the surname Hillestad.^[4] Once in America the Hillestads first lived in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin. ^[5] She married Nicolai Andreassen and lived in Shell Lake, Wisconsin.^[6] Ingrid died on May 9th, 1886 in Shell Lake, Wisconsin. ^{[7] [8]}
