Biography

Else was born in 1823 in Vorring, Nors, Hillerslev, Thisted, Denmark. She was the daughter of Anders Christian Christensen Bjerregaard (1790-1848) and Karen Ibsdatter (1797-1823).

After her mother passed away in 1823, her father remarried Karen Pedersdatter (1795-1833) in 1825.

In the 1834 Census, Else is found living with her mother's sister, Maren Ibsdatter (1794-1863) and her husband, Jacob Christian Jensen (1799-1858).

Else passed away in 1896.
