Elmer would grow to be about 5' 10" tall and 135 pounds, with blue eyes, red hair and a ruddy complexion. [10]
On the 16th of October, 1940, Elmer would complete his WWII draft card.[10] He was living at 420 Broad Street in Selene, Dallas, Oklahoma, with no telephone. He had been working for Alfred Monteau at B&M construction Company in Oklahoma City.
Elmer would pass away the 29th of Jan 1997[11] in Bedford, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States[12] and he would be buried in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bedford, Ohio[13]
