Biography
Cammie was well known for her quilt making, much of it done when she was nearly blind. Her son Robert said she could also "put by" 100 jars of tomatoes in a day, and that she played the violin. She told about taking the train across country with her father at age 5, and remembering the Native people selling jewelry at the Santa Fe plaza, as people do today. Burial: Maplewood Cemetery, Mayfield, Graves Co, Kentucky
