Bartelot Anderson lived in Virginia.

Bartelot was born in 1710. He was the son of Matthew Anderson.^{[citation needed]}

In 1744, he is listed in the Merchant Accounts Book of Hanover County.^[1]

In 1748, Bartlot Anderson was named as an overseer of the will of Captain Charles Hudson.^[2]

"Garland Anderson, the defendant, is believed to have been the son of Bartelot Anderson, a distinguished attorney of Hanover County, and Mary Cosby, his wife.^[3]"

He passed away in 1761.^{[citation needed]}
