Biography
Idell was born about 1854. She is the daughter of James Anderson and Susan Unknown.
James Anderson, son of Edward Edwards and Susan (Chaney) Anderson, married twice: (1) 15 December 1820, Maria Williams (2) 28 December 1844 Susan Rockhold. There was a very large family and it has been difficult to trace them with any success. The children were: By his first wife: Richard Anderson, Grafton Anderson, James Anderson, Alverta Anderson, Margaret Anderson, Elizabeth Anderson, Rachel Anderson, Julia Virginia Anderson, Talitha Anderson, Nellie Anderson, Charlotte Anderson, Anna Maria Anderson, died unmarried.
By his second wife: Emma Anderson, Ida Anderson, Annie Anderson, Henry Anderson, Solon Anderson, Sellman Anderson.
