Although Neal Anderson's Missouri Death Certificate shows he died in Green Ridge, Missouri on February 10, 1910, he actually died on February 8, 1910 in Denver, Colorado after an illness as shown by the attached Sedalia Democrat newspaper articles. It is believed that the undertaker had to file for him to be buried in Green Ridge after his body was shipped from Denver and this is why he is shown as dying in Missouri. His will probate was done in Denver. Neal's son, Louis, lived in Denver and his other son George came from Missouri to execute the will. Neil was described by his granddaughters as kind, compassionate and warm-hearted and a family man.
