Biography
He was born at Midtun, Årdal 5 Feb 1837, and the vicar wrote Amund when he was christened 19 Mar[1], however, he was named after his mother's 1st husband who was called Aamund (today Åmund), so later in life he was called both Amund and Aamund
Aamund had an illegitimate daughter Agnethe born in Sogndal 1 Jul 1857.
Amund left for Sogndal 22 Oct 1858.[2]
Aamund was married in Sogndal to Agnethe's mother 27 Oct 1858.[3]
He was called Aamund when Synneva was born in Sogndal 14 oct 1859.
Family moved to Gudvangen, Aurland between 1859 and 1862
