Biography
Percy was born in 1871. He is the son of Colles Anderson and Sarah Turner. He passed away in 1888.
1881 census shows him aged 9, scholar, living (or visiting) as nephew No 32 Wolseley Terrace, Chelsea Rd, Portsea, Hampshire
