Biography
When Jewelle Vendetta Anderson was born on January 7, 1919, in Oklahoma, her father, John, was 34 and her mother, Margaret, was 34. She had three brothers and three sisters. She drowned in Illinois River near Standing Rock bridge while wading in fast waters with a friend on September 28, 1929, and was buried in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.[1]
