We spoke on the phone about a year ago regarding my finding information on Mary Brimmer. You reached out to me on FamilySearch. I noticed that Joshia Marvin was still attached to Mary Brimmer Anderson here on WikiTree.
As a reminder, Mary Brimmer Anderson did not marry Joshia Marvin, who was 20 years younger than herself and then have additional children with him, putting her well over child-bearing years.
He married Mary Brimmer Anderson and Captain James Anderson's daughter "Mary Anderson".
I also found Mary Brimmer's father who I believe may still be in FamilySearch. I will have to look.
I hope you are well.
Respectfully,
Diana Sainz.

You have so much good information on your Andersons, that you should be able to find records.
Another family you might look into is James Anderson b 1748 who married Agnes Craig in 1771 in VA. Both of their families came over from Ireland although they were probably Scots.
I try not to add anything to Wiki about which I am not certain so I left "our" James with only the information from the family bible. There were several Anderson lines in the VA area at the time and I'm really not sure which was which. They all seemed to include a James.
Good luck, Angela
One of my Anderson cousins did the YDNA test which linked our James Anderson d. 1822 to a John Anderson b 1731. Now whether that John was direct or a brother we don't know. In any case, we suspect our James is the one 1740-1822 b VA that married a Rachel Johnson but we do not have proof of that. We only have from a family bible that our James died 1822 and had children Isaac 1785, Asa 1788, John 1790 and Sarah 1792. His descendants came through GA to Mississippi.
The DNA ruled out a family line that had been assumed by some genealogists, but didn't give us much more to go on.
