Biography
August was born in 1886. He is the son of fisherman Anders Eriksson and Bengta Jönsson.
August worked as a laborer ("grovarbetare"). He married in 1908. In 1916, he and his wife moved to Lilla Bedinge Fiskeläge, where he had grown up. From around that time, he worked as a fisherman.
