Biography
Dorothy Louise Anderton was born in Liverpool, Lancashire in 1892. Her parents were Thomas Anderton and Sarah Thorp and her birth was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1892 in the Liverpool district.[1][2]
In the 1901 census Dorothy (age 9) was with her maternal grandparents in Seacombe, Cheshire.[2]
