Mathias Chritian Andreasen was born on April 5, 1847 in Tårs parish, Børglum, Hjørring, Denmark. His parents were Andreas Hansen and Marie Andersdatter.[1][2][3]
In 1860 he lived in Sankt Olai parish, Vennebjerg, Hjørring with his mother, step-father and a sister.[4]
In 1880 he lived in Manti, Utah with his wife, two children, and two stepchildren.[7]
In 1900 he lived in Gooseberry, Utah near Salina with his wife and four children.[8]
In 1910 he lived in Salina with his third wife, three children, and five step-children.[9]
In 1920 he lived in Salina with his thired wife and four stepchildren.[10]
Mathias passed away at an age of 81 in 1928. He is buried in the Pioneer Cemetery in Salina[11]
