WOODSTOCK - Vera Dorothy Puzzo, 68, of Woodstock, died Wednesday, June 23, 1999, at her home.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1930, in Marengo, to Lawrence and Vera (Goetz) Andrews. She married John Puzzo on June 25, 1949, in Woodstock.
Survivors include her husband; five sons, John (Linda) Puzzo, Patrick (Kendra) Puzzo, Daniel (Jenelda) Puzzo, Richard Puzzo and Christopher Puzzo; two daughters, Joanna (Dave) Eddy and Kathleen (Steven) Zimmerman; 16 grandchildren, John, Joe, Nathan, Christina, Jennifer, Michelle, Eric, Janna, Kristine, Hannah, Andrew, Benjamin, David, Debra, Jason and Erin; two great-grandchildren, Alisha and Samantha; six brothers, Donald (Virginia) Andrews, Larry Andrews, Charles (Judy) Andrews, Robert (Judy) Andrews, Ronald (Sharon) Andrews and Ralph Andrews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Vernon and Edwin Andrews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 25, at the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin and Cooney Funeral HOme, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 26, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Daniel A. Puzzo officiating. Entombment will be at McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials made to the Hospice of Northeastern Illinois in her name would be appreciated.
