Genealogical History of John and Mary Andrews ^[1]

Excerpt regarding Selah Andrews:

"Selah Andrews, eldest son of Ozias, of Southington, Conn., and Richmond, Mass., and his wife, Anna Nott, of Berlin, Conn., born 14th November, 1769, at Southington. He went with his parents, in 1781, to Richmond, Mass. He married 26th December, 1790, Lavinia Jones, of Pittsfield, Mass. He and the other heirs had a portion of his father's estate distributed to them 1st June, 1813, viz : $24 74,7 in articles from the inventory of the appraisal. (See Probate record at Lenox, Mass.) She died in 1862, aged 84 years. He died 27th April, 1856, aged 86 years, 5 months, 13 days. He was a silversmith by trade, and a great mechanical genius. He was a class-leader or deacon in the Methodist Church at Richmond, Mass.

1402. Dennis, twin with David, born 14th July 1816, married 29th March 1848 Ruamah Bacon, of Richmond.
