George Henry Andrews was born on February 2, 1812, in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England. He married Mary Hogg and they had eight children together. He then married Rosanna Rosie A Leadbeater and they had two children together. He died having lived for more than 100 years. He died on November 21, 1916, in Inverness, Quebec, Canada, at the age of 104, and was buried there. He is Buried in Boutelles Cemetery, Inverness, Centre-du-Quebec Region, Quebec, Canada.
