Peggy didn't get notified about your question and is off duty til Wednesday, so I am answering. Are the matches showing up in your GEDCOMpare report? If so, contacting the profile managers would be a good idea because they could be your cousins and interested in the same families you are.
One of our mentors created a tutorial for the GEDCOMpare process that I found very helpful. I hope that you will too.
