Biography

Love Andrus/Andrews was born in 1708, the daughter of Thomas Andrews and Love Knight.[1][2]

She married Moses Ensign (1708-1751), son of Thomas & Hannah (Shepard) Ensign, on 3 Jan 1731 at Hartford, CT.[3][4] They were the parents of the following children, per FS:

Moses Ensign 1732-1732
Moses Ensign II 1734-1805
Sarah Ensign 1736-1810
Samuel Ensign 1740-1819
Isaac Ensign 1744-1744
Isaac Ensign 1747-1816

After the death of husband Moses she married Benjamin Kent on 26 Apr 1758 in Suffield, CT.[5][6]

Love died in 1793 and is buried at Simsbury Cemetery, Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut.[7]
