Biography

Dennis Andrews was born in Yorkshire, England.

Dennis was born in 1867. He was the son of Edwin Andrews and Hannah Crabtree, his birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1867 in the Keighley district.^[1]

Dennis was living with his parents and siblings in 1871.^[2]

In 1893 he married Merina Cantrill Chaplin. The marriage was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1893 in the Keighley district.^[3] They remained living in Haworth and had no children.

Marina died in 1931, and on 15 Jan 1933 he married Eleanor J Furness at the Methodist Chapel, Mill Hey Haworth, ^{[4] [5]} and in 1939 they were living at 13, Baden Street, Haworth, Dennis 71 was a Mechanical Engineer.^[6]

Dennis died age 77 on 13 July 1945 and was buried at Haworth Cemetery, Haworth. ^{[7] [8] [9]}
