Silas Perry Andrews was born November 30, 1846 in Ohio. He was the son of John Andrews and Nancy Lewis.
He was living with his parents in Bloomfield, Jackson County, Ohio in 1860.[1]
Silas passed away November 20, 1900 in Bloomfield.
