NOTE 1: He could not have been the son of Puritan Migration immigrant Robert Andrews who was born during the same decade. While Robert did have a son John, that son was born in the 1620s and married Sarah Holyoke.^[1]

NOTE 2: Robert Andrews cannot be the father of this John Andrews who was born about 1592 ^[2]. Robert himself was born about 1591, so Robert has been detached as the father. This John Andrews profile had a death date of March 13, 1662, Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts. That is the date of death of John Andrews, the son of Robert Andrews.

There was a John Andrewes christened on December 10, 1592 in Norwich, Norfolk, England, but whether this was the same man is questionable since his mother was named Ane (Ann).
