Biography

Charles, son of Elbridge G. and and Margaret M. (Sevey) Andrews, was born at Boston, MA on September 19, 1839. According to the Massachusetts State Census, 1855, he was living in Boston with his mother Margaret, sister Caroline F., and brother George W. His father had possibly died as he was not counted in the census. In 1860 he was living in Boston as a boarder.

He married first Mary Hall, daughter of Walter and Mary Hall, on September 8, 1861. No issue found

He married second Ida May Leavett on September 13, 1881. He died on February 4, 1915. They were living in Boston for the 1900 U.S. Census. No issue found
