Biography

Elizabeth was born about 1892. She is the daughter of Antonios Andronikos and Suzanna Unknown.

Her life was disrupted by the Russian revolution. In 1920, the Red Army invaded and occupied Crimea. Six years later, by which time Stalin had come to power, the communists seized the Andronikos family possessions and the family scattered. Due to his age Elizabeth's father, Antonios, and his wife Suzanna were allowed to remain living in one room of their former house. Elizabeth and her sister Melpomeni, were allowed to rent another room in the house, which they shared with sister-in-law Natalia and her daughter Souzanna.

Natalia and Souzanna joined Alexandros in exile in Siberia after a couple of years, leaving Suzanna and her daughters to care for Antonios until he died. Elizabeth married and emigrated to America.
