Arthur was born in 1900^[1] He was the son of Thomas Angliss and Alice Thorns. He was christened in 1900 in Mitcham, Surrey, England^[2] He was living with his parents and siblings at Church Road Allens Terrace, mitcham, Surrey, England in 1901^[3] He was still living with his parents and siblings in Mitcham, Surrey, England in 1911^[4] He married Ivy Burling in Mitcham, Surrey, England in 1920^[5] He was the father of 4 other children. He was living with his wife and children at 21 Walpole Road , Mitcham, Surrey, England and he was working as a Coal Distributor Heavy Works Master Man in 1939^[6] He passed away in 1965^[7]
