Biography
William was born on 4 January 1839 in Cargans, Tandragee, Co. Armaugh, Northern Ireland. He was the son of Thomas Annett and Sarah Geddis.
At the age of 22 he emigrated to Lyttleton aboard the Matoaka. [1]
William died at the age of 88 on 11 December 1927 in Hinds, Canterbury, New Zealand.
