Biography

Ann (Anstee) Eames was born in Bedfordshire, England.

Ann was christened 21 Jul 1774 at Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, England. She was the daughter of Joseph and Sarah Anstee. ^{[1] [2]}

In about November 1790, Ann married John Eames. ^[3]

With husband John Eames, she had a child Sarah at Toddington, Bedfordshire on 16 Mar 1796. ^[4]

She passed away 20 May 1817 age 41 at Houghton Regis. ^[5]

Research Notes

Not the same person as Ann (Anstee) Hedgman b. 1772.

There is another couple Joseph Eames of St. Botolph m. Ann Anstee of St. Leonard Shoreditch in 1817 -- clearly not the same couple!

Note that there is a 1790 marriage also at Houghton Regis of David Eames to Elizabeth Anstee, but that is NOT Ann's sister Elizabeth.
