Terence Anstey was born in Victoria, Australia

Terence Anstey was born in Cheltenham, Victoria, in 1887. His parents were Robert Edwin Anstey and Catherine Cronin.^{[1] [2]}

He married Eva (Donovan) Anstey in 1914. ^[3] They divorced in 1929^[4][5].^[6] Together they had the following children:

1. Olive Anstey CBE (1920-1983)
2. John Reece Anstey (1919-1974)
3. Arthur Terence Anstey (1917-1921)

Terence enlisted to join the Australia Imperial Forces on 2 November 1917.^[7]

In 1938 Terence was a prospector in Kalgoorlie and was arrested for gold stealing^[8][9]

Terence died 13 October 1943 at North Dandalup and is buried at Karrakatta Cemetery and Crematorium, Karrakatta, Nedlands City, Western Australia, Australia^[10][11]
