Ann Antcliff (bef. 1849)

Biography

Ann was a daughter of William and Sarah Antcliff, baptized on 16 August 1849 at Kneesall, Nottinghamshire.^[1]

She was living with her parents in Kneesall in 1861 when the census recorded agricultural labourer William Antcliff, age 60, in Kneesal, Nottinghamshire (Southwell registration district), with wife Sarah, age 55 and a nurse, and daughters, Ann, 11, and Sarah, 7, both described as scholars. All were born in Kneesall except for William's wife Sarah, who was born in Ompton, Nottinghamshire.^[2]
