Biography

William was born in 1853.[1]

William L. Anthis and Anna E. Warren were married March 14, 1878, in Knox County, Indiana, by F. A. Lester.[2] They lived and farmed in Decker Township, Knox County, Indiana.[3][4] By 1910 they had migrated to a rented farm in New Lisbon, Stoddard County, Missouri.[5]

Anna died in 1915. In 1920 William was living with his daughter Ruth Bowden in Glenpool, Tulsa, Oklahoma.[6]


He passed away in 1932. He was buried at Oakwood Cemetery, Mounds, Creek County, Oklahoma.[7]
